Job summary

BingXue Tea & Ice Cream — Rivervale Plaza is hiring friendly team members for a fast-paced, customer-facing role. You will prepare signature teas, fruit drinks and matcha soft serve, operate machines and assist with daily prep.

No barista experience is required as full training is provided. Weekend/public holiday availability, a positive attitude and strong teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• F&B experience preferred.
• Full training provided; no barista experience needed.
• Positive attitude and willing to learn; good team player.
• Able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays.

We’re looking for friendly, energetic team members to join our Rivervale Plaza store!

Your Key Responsibilities

• Prepare signature teas, fruit drinks & matcha soft serve to our quality standards
• Operate soft serve machines & help with daily ingredient prep
• Serve customers warmly & represent our brand positively
• Handle payments & POS operations
• Keep the store clean & meet strict food safety rules
• Help with store opening & closing duties

What We Look For

• F&B experience preferred —full training provided, no barista experience needed!
• Positive attitude, eager to learn & great team player
• Comfortable standing & working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work weekends & public holidays
• Basic spoken English; additional language (Chinese/Malay/Tamil/Dialect) is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-Time: Up to$2,300/month basic(based on experience) + performance bonuses
• Part-Time: Up to$11/hour(based on experience)
• Team Member → Shift Lead → Assistant Manager → Outlet Manager

• Full shift:9:30am – 10:30pm(includes 1-hour break)
