Job description

Responsibilities:
Barista Duties:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, to a high standard.
  • Operate coffee machines and other equipment with care and precision.
  • Ensure consistent quality of drinks by following recipes and presentation guidelines.

Service Crew Duties:

  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit.
  • Take orders accurately and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
  • Handle payment transactions using the point-of-sale system.

General Duties:

  • Assist in opening and closing the cafe, including setting up and cleaning down.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback politely and effectively.
  • Support team members in daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is an advantage, but not required (training provided).
  • Passion for coffee and providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and willingness to learn.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
