Experience in barista or café roles is preferred, with knowledge of coffee preparation being a plus. Shifts including holidays may be required; Monday off.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to café standards.
• Take orders accurately and provide friendly service.
• Serve bakery items and beverages to customers.
• Operate the POS/cashier system and handle cashless and cash transactions.
• Explain menu items and recommend bakery products or beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of counter and dining areas.
• Restock beverages and bakery products as needed.
• Check freshness and availability of bakery items.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Follow food safety and workplace safety standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally.
• Support the team with other café duties when required.
