Barista (Premium Tea Cafe)

About the Company:

Our client is a distinguished tea brand that brings the best tea experiences to Singapore and beyond. With their new cafe branch opening, the company is looking for passionate and energetic Baristas to join the team and help to deliver exceptional service while showcasing their premium tea blends. If you have a love for tea, coffee, and customer service, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages following SOPs
2. Ensure high-quality drinks and presentation standards
3. Take orders, handle cashier duties, and process payments
4. Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers
5. Stay informed on products, promotions, and seasonal offerings
6. Actively promote and sell the brand’s products
7. Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment
8. Restock supplies and follow health and safety regulations
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals

Requirements:

1. Fluent in English with strong communication skills
2. Service-driven, positive attitude with a passion for customer interaction
3. Basic F&B, barista, or bubble tea experience preferred
4. At least 4 years of Barista experience for Senior level consideration
