Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, filter coffee, and teas

• Execute latte art with consistency and care

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and café area

• Provide excellent customer service and handle transactions at the POS

• Refill stock and manage supplies during and after shifts

• Collaborate on seasonal drink or dessert menu development

• Assist with basic baking or dessert preparation (if skilled)

Requirements:

• Prior barista experience preferred(latte art and hand-brew skills, etc)

• Passion for coffee and customer service

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Good communication and time-management skills

• Bonus Skills (Not Required but Advantageous):

  • Experience in baking or dessert preparation

  • Knowledge of coffee beans and brewing methods

  • Creative input in menu R&D (drinks & presentation)
