• Location: Jewel Changi Airport (Shopping Mall)

• Hours: Rotating shifts (5 days/week)

Job responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and sandwiches following SOPs

• Maintain high-quality drink preparation and presentation standards

• Take orders, process payments, and handle cashier duties

• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area

• Regularly restock supplies and assist with inventory

• Adhere to health and safety regulations for a safe work environment

Job Requirements:

• Basic F&B or barista experience preferred

• Service-driven, outgoing, and positive attitude

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Possess a Food Hygiene Certification
