Responsibilities

• Delivering consistently high quality food and drink to customers.
• Providing excellent customer service - serving food and drinks, cashiering, taking orders, receiving feedback.
• Maintenance and cleanliness of dining areas, bar and service counters, immediate surrounding areas.
• Reporting to and advising management of service and bar related issues.
• Development and contributing to food & drink programs.
• Regular stock monitoring and reporting.
• Training and communicating to part time/ad hoc bar staff regarding standing operational procedures.
• Assist with and ensuring smooth operations.
