Job summary

BYD by 1826 in Singapore is seeking a warm, service-oriented professional to join our food and beverage team. You will deliver outstanding guest experiences, craft coffee and tea drinks, and assist with basic service duties in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with a collaborative team, handle POS transactions, recommend beverages, and contribute to a positive dining atmosphere while supporting weekend and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Barista experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Interest in or knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the guest's dining journey.
• Prepare a variety of coffee-based beverages and teas.
• Simple service and drink preparation.
• Maintain drinkware and beverage equipment.
• Operate POS Systems when managing orders.
• Address customers' beverage queries.
• Recommend coffee-based beverages and teas to customers.
• Build rapport with customers to enhance their experience.
