Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

• Solid understanding of coffee service and food hygiene basics.

Responsibilities

• Determine customer coffee desires and explain the menu.
• Follow drink recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks.
• Sell and serve baked goods and food items in a courteous manner.
• Educate on coffee, tea, bakery items and blends.
• Safely handle hot and cold drinks during preparation.
• Ensure quality and hygiene standards are met.
• Prepare service area 15 minutes before meal times.
• Keep counters and displays clean.
• Attend weekly service meetings and relay customer feedback to management.
• Wear provided uniform and maintain professional appearance.
