A leading café is looking for dedicated staff to provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include preparing food and beverages, managing the POS system, and ensuring cleanliness. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant experience and a positive attitude.
Working Location : Central
Working Hours : 5.5 Days Work Week
Job Responsibilities :
Greet and serve customers with excellent service.
Prepare coffee, tea, and food based on café recipes and standards.
Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately.
Recommend menu items with good product knowledge.
Operate POS system and handle cashiering duties.
Set up and maintain cleanliness of workstations.
Replenish stock and ensure minimal food wastage.
Follow all SOPs for preparation and service.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements :
Minimum 2 years’ experience in F&B, retail, or similar customer-facing roles.
Skilled in coffee making, with some knowledge of bakery and brunch items.
Positive attitude with strong work ethics and willingness to learn.
Warm, cheerful, and customer-friendly personality.
Good communication skills.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
