Job description

Working Location : Central

Working Hours : 5.5 Days Work Week

Job Responsibilities :

• Greet and serve customers with excellent service.

• Prepare coffee, tea, and food based on café recipes and standards.

• Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately.

• Recommend menu items with good product knowledge.

• Operate POS system and handle cashiering duties.

• Set up and maintain cleanliness of workstations.

• Replenish stock and ensure minimal food wastage.

• Follow all SOPs for preparation and service.

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in F&B, retail, or similar customer-facing roles.

• Skilled in coffee making, with some knowledge of bakery and brunch items.

• Positive attitude with strong work ethics and willingness to learn.

• Warm, cheerful, and customer-friendly personality.

• Good communication skills.

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
