About the role

Sodexo Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Barista & Bartender Supervisor to join our team in the Central Region. This full-time position plays a crucial role in overseeing the smooth operation of our bar and coffee service, ensuring high-quality beverages and exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate a team of baristas and bartenders, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient beverage preparation

  • Develop and implement training programs to upskill the team and maintain high standards of product knowledge and preparation techniques

  • Manage inventory and stock levels, placing orders and liaising with suppliers to maintain adequate supplies

  • Monitor and enhance the overall bar and coffee service experience, making recommendations for improvements

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and hygiene regulations

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll and performance management

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within the bar or coffee industry

  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, bartending, and beverage service

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team

  • Proficiency in inventory management and stock control

  • Adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
