JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Greetings and extra-mile customer service.
* Learn and maintain SOP qualities of handcrafted beverages for consumers.
* Comply with all food safety regulation and quality control at all costs.
* Maintain and enhance store & personal hygiene.
* Inventory management
* High etiquette of wastage management & transaction handling.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Understanding of coffee varieties, brewing methods, brewing machine
Positive attitude, eager to learn and self-motivated.
Professional, detail-oriented, and always striving for excellence.
Professional customer-focused service.
Problem-solving and quality decision-maker.
Experts who can withstand stress and work under high-volume environments.
Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
