Responsibilities for Barista

A Barista represents PEAK360 Cafe by being the face and voice that greets customers upon their first visit

  • Managing the Foodzaps system - accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures.
  • Prepare and serve drinks, protein shakes, sandwiches and rice bowls that meet quality standards
  • Properly handle and maintain all equipment
  • Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
  • Serve customers quickly and efficiently
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings
  • Observe relevant health and safety standards
