Job Description

• Prepare and serve beverages and food.

• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas and equipment.

• Perform opening and closing duties.

• Procurement of food/beverages supplies / stock management.

• Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Provide warm and friendly customer service.

• Handle customers feedback duly.

• Manage bar inventory and stock replenishment.

• Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
