What you'll do:

• Serve up exceptional coffee, food, and service with warmth and consistency
• Craft espresso-based beverages with confidence, including basic latte art
• Prepare and serve a variety of items — from drinks to toasties and bakes — with attention to quality and presentation
• Engage customers with genuine hospitality and a positive attitude
• Keep the café running smoothly: handle cleaning, clearing, restocking, and maintaining an organized workspace
• Maintain food hygiene and safety at all times
• Participate in tastings and trainings to keep developing your palate and skills
• Collaborate with the team on creative ideas for promotions and brand engagement
• Use user-friendly tech tools to help manage stock and reduce manual tasks

You must be:

• Singaporean or Permanent Resident only
• Experienced as a barista, with basic latte art skills
• Passionate about coffee, food, and creating memorable guest experiences
• Friendly, outgoing, and able to communicate clearly with both customers and team members
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced café environment
• A team player who takes initiative and pride in your work
• In possession of a valid food hygiene certificate
