Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and cleanliness of the café and its pantry
Prepare and serve coffee and beverages that meet quality standards
Conduct tasting and calibration of coffee grinder & machine daily
Ensure all equipment is in working condition
Attend to customers' queries and feedback to provide a positive customer experience
Manage and handle cash and credit card payments in accordance with hotel’s policy & procedure
Contribute ideas for new recipes periodically
Conduct training for staff on brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques
Update & improve signage to attract customers
Replenish items and ensure products are within the expiry period
Adhere to hotel’s standards and policies on all drinks and pastry items to maintain the highest quality and consistent product standards
Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality controls
Education & Work Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior café or coffee house experience is a plus
Exceptional listening and communication skills
Motivated to work in a fast-paced work environment
