Tiong Bahru Bakery - Barista Team Members in Singapore is seeking passionate people for front-of-house roles. The position offers a 5-day, 44-hour work week with a salary range of SGD 2,400 to 2,800 per month.

We provide world-class coffee academy courses run by our in-house roastery, with clear paths to promotion within Spa Esprit Group. No experience is necessary—we train and develop our people to become leaders.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Interest in developing barista skills and customer service.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks and beverages.
• Provide attentive front-of-house service.
