BRISTA

Responsibilities

• Roasting coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea with consistent quality
• Attending all team meetings and participating in job training
• Preparing all beverage menus and related ingredients
• Following existing recipes, controlling portions, and presenting beverages according to specifications
• Maintaining cleanliness and high quality at the beverage work station
• Providing support to other team members as directed by the team lead

Working Hours

• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• 5 days per week
• Alternate Schedule:
• One week: Monday to Friday
• Next week: Tuesday to Saturday
• Sunday off

Remuneration and Benefits

• Gross salary: $2,300 (including basic salary and allowances)
• Basic salary: $2,000
• Meal Allowance: $180
• Transportation Allowance: $120
