Job summary

CACAO SOCIAL PTE. LTD. seeks a Bar Shift Leader to oversee Bar and Bar Prep operations, maintain beverage quality and uphold high service standards at the Dempsey location in Singapore.

You’ll lead by example, support Associates during service and ensure the bar is clean, well-stocked and ready to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will guide and train junior team members, coordinate with Floor and Kitchen for smooth guest journeys, and confidently explain cacao-led beverages while

Qualifications

• Warm, curious and genuinely enjoy hospitality and beverages.
• Hands-on shift leader capable of directing, supporting Associates and stepping in when needed.
• Proactive, dependable and calm under pressure with strong eye for quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Lead Bar and Bar Prep operations during shifts to ensure smooth service.
• Oversee beverage preparation, portioning and presentation to established standards.
• Monitor stock, hygiene and opening/closing duties per company standards.
• Support cross-functional coordination with Floor, Retail, Kitchen and Experiences.
• Guide and support Bar Associates during service and onboard new team members.
• Engage guests with knowledge of cacao-led beverages and upsell where appropriate.
