You will manage stock, costs, and scheduling, ensure cocktail quality, coach staff, and collaborate with the operations team on promotions and upselling, all while upholding safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum O Level with good command of English.
• 2–3 years hands-on bartending experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory/head bartender role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making in a fast-paced setting.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily bar operations and ensure smooth service flow.
• Manage outlet budget, including revenue, labour costs, and profitability.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the bar team to deliver fast, friendly, and high-quality service.
• Ensure drink quality, consistency, and adherence to standards.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock counts, ordering, stock levels, wastage, and cost control.
• Coordinate with the operations team on promotions and drive effective upselling.
• Handle guest feedback promptly and provide efficient, courteous service.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
