This is not a nightclub or a speakeasy—it’s a bar where people come for great drinks, good times, and a bit of that signature Coach style.

Whether it’s an after-work martini, a round of highballs, or a plate of oysters and a steak sandwich slider, we’re here to make it happen with precision, warmth, and personality.

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Bar Manager who can bring the energy, deliver classic drinks with confidence, and make guests feel like they’re at home (but better), along with leading our team and delivering exceptional guest experiences in this exciting new venture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships.
  • Develop and maintain beverage menus in collaboration with mixologists and brand team.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and sales targets.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
  • Organize and support promotional events and brand activations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a high-end or lifestyle venue.
