Take the lead in bar setup and opening operations

Develop and execute an exceptional beverage menu (cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholics)

Oversee day-to-day bar operations, stock management, and team coordination

Deliver top-notch guest experience with charisma and efficiency

Work closely with the founders to shape the identity of the bar

Requirements:

Prior experience in opening or launching new bar concepts

At least 3 years experience, with proven mixology skills

Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail

Able to lead, inspire, and work as part of a startup-minded team
