We are building a bar experience unlike anything Singapore has seen. A fully integrated distillery-to-glass concept, where the lines between production and service blur into one seamless, intentional guest experience. This is a rare opportunity to help lead something truly special.

And we're looking for a Bar Manager to help guide the way.

THE ROLE

As Bar Manager, you won’t just manage schedules and stock counts. You’ll be part of a small leadership team stewarding a vision. You will lead a talented bar team that is deeply involved in both the creation and service of spirits and cocktails, working in collaboration with one of the world’s top 50 bartenders and a fully operational on-site distillery.

You’ll set the tone for service, foster a culture of warm, intentional hospitality, and create an environment where both guests and team members feel at home. You’ll also play a vital role in shaping the creative direction of the drinks program, mentoring your team, and ensuring that every detail reflects the standards we hold ourselves to. Equally important, you will play a key role in cultivating a sense of community within the team and with our guests. You should love sharing your knowledge, teaching, and creating opportunities for others to learn, grow, and be inspired by the craft.
