Job description

We’re Hiring: Bar Captain, Cabana

Love working with people? Enjoy creating good vibes and great experiences? As the friendly face behind the bar, you'll play a key role in delivering warm hospitality, crafting beverages with care, and ensuring our members enjoy a welcoming and relaxing experience.

Whether you’re recommending a drink or keeping the bar in tip-top shape, your energy and attention to detail help bring the Club's dining experience to life.

Key Responsibilities

· Welcome members and guests warmly, making them feel right at home.

· Inform members about current promotions & specials and answer their queries.

· Accurately take beverage orders using suggestive selling techniques and ensure prompt entry into the POS system.

· Prepare beverage orders with care and consistency.

· Keep the bar area clean, organised, and presentable at all times.

· Minimise waste, breakages and mishandling of equipment or supplies.

· Handle feedback professionally and ensure guests' satisfaction.

· Maintain hygiene and safety standards.

· Adhere to the Club’s policies, SOPs, and grooming standards.

· Any other duties assigned to support F&B operations.

Requirements

· Friendly and approachable with good communication skills.

· Willingness to learn and a hands-on attitude.

· Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.

· Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling is an advantage.

· Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

· Previous F&B or customer service experience is a bonus, but not a must.
