Qualifications

  • Meet and greet all parties upon arrival.
  • Oversee event execution to ensure proper timing and guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct post-event follow-up to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities for Banquet Sales Manager
  1. Provide compelling communication to potential guests about the brand, facility, and menu.
  2. Follow up to answer questions, address concerns, and secure commitments through signed contracts and deposits.
  3. Meet with guests to show facilities, develop menus, and offer services such as audio/visual and entertainment.
  4. Develop agreements, menus, and event orders.
  5. Enter events into the reservation system and review schedules with hosts.
  6. Coordinate event menus with the Chef and ensure proper inventories.
  7. Coordinate room setup with managers and servers to meet guest expectations.
  8. Meet and greet all parties upon arrival, review arrangements, and introduce them to the Manager on Duty and lead server.
  9. Oversee event execution to ensure proper timing and guest satisfaction.
  10. Conduct post-event follow-up to ensure guest satisfaction and encourage repeat bookings.

This is a full-time, permanent role with benefits including food provided. The schedule may include day, morning, night, rotational shifts, and weekends. Experience of at least 1 year is preferred. The position is in person.
