Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd is partnering with a leading global bank to hire a UAT Tester on a 12-month contract at Changi Business Park. The role focuses on designing test strategies, creating advanced scripts, and ensuring end-to-end coverage across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities include executing tests, maintaining JIRA artifacts, and driving defect resolution with the tech teams. Strong analytical and communication skills are required in a collaborative banking environment.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience in web and mobile testing, preferably in banking domain.
• Experience with QA processes and tools like JIRA and Confluence is a must.
• Strong analytical skills to derive end-to-end test scenarios from complex requirements.
• Familiar with Agile and waterfall methodologies and testing life cycle.
• Hands-on experience in agile project teams and JBehave is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design comprehensive test strategies and scenarios aligned with acceptance criteria.
• Translate test strategies into automation scripts following defined standards.
• Develop reusable test assets and ensure traceability between requirements and coverage.
• Develop and maintain automation to extend coverage across web or mobile platforms.
• Execute test cases with quality and ensure traceability of artifacts in JIRA.
• Maintain JIRA hygiene to support reusability and audit compliance.
• Provide test management updates in daily stand-ups and related ceremonies.
• Track downtime and maintain regression packs to cover delta cases.
• Document live verification test scenarios and review automated scripts.
