Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd is seeking a driven outbound telemarketer to promote banking products and qualify leads. You will work under a hybrid setup with a Tai Seng/Ubi location, handling calls, setting appointments, and maintaining accurate records to drive sales activity.

Requirements include at least 1 year of relevant experience, with strong communication and compliance awareness to meet daily targets and contribute to the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telemarketing calls for banking-related products and services.
• Introduce and explain banking products clearly and professionally.
• Identify customer needs and qualify potential leads.
• Set appointments or refer interested customers to relationship managers / sales team.
• Follow up with warm leads when required.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and outcomes.
• Achieve daily and monthly call and lead targets.
• Comply with company policies and basic banking compliance guidelines.
