Position: Recruitment Consultant (Banking & Financial Services)

Required Skills:

• Understanding of client & candidate markets in segments such as: Retail Banking, Corporate & Investment Banking, Private Wealth Management, Asset Management, Fund Administration, Securities Services, and Brokerages
• Experience in placing candidates in verticals including: Risk & Compliance, AML, Audit, Finance (Corporate/Shared Services), Middle-to-Back Office (Client Services, Documentation, Operations)
• A high biller who consistently meets or exceeds team or individual KPIs and targets
• Ability to fill both temporary and permanent roles
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong researcher background, utilizing portals, social media, networks, advertised searches, and headhunting to source candidates for role mandates
