Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an accomplished enterprise Java delivery leader to drive large-scale banking software initiatives. The role requires overseeing onsite and offshore teams, delivering secure, scalable microservices architectures with Java 17/21, Spring ecosystems, and cloud-native practices.

You will coordinate with CIO/CTO and business stakeholders, ensure governance and performance, and champion engineering excellence across vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing enterprise Java delivery programs.
• 5+ years in Banking/Financial Services domain.
• Experience leading multi-vendor, distributed teams onsite and offshore.

Responsibilities

• Review solution architecture and design.
• Drive engineering excellence and coding standards.
• Ensure security, performance, resiliency and compliance.
• Lead production readiness reviews.
• Engage CIO/CTO, Business Heads, Product Owners, Operations teams.
• Conduct executive steering committee reviews.
• Manage vendor and partner deliveries.
• Resource planning and utilization management.
