Qualifications

• Final-year undergraduate or postgraduate standing in Accountancy from a local or overseas university.
• Strong academic foundation with consistent performance.
• Active involvement in activities, leadership roles, internships, or community initiatives.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Performing audit fieldwork and testing of internal controls across a portfolio of clients.
• Preparing audit working papers and documentation to support conclusions.
• Assisting in review of financial statements to ensure compliance with standards (SFRS, IFRS, SSA).
• Liaising with client finance teams to obtain information and understand processes.
• Supporting senior staff throughout the engagement lifecycle from planning to reporting.
• Delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions across financial control and regulatory issues.
