Banking Product Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Leading the holistic product lifecycle for finance users, including drafting conceptual diagrams and product requirement documents, liaising with stakeholders on product/business requirements, alignment with policies, compliance and regulatory requirements, as well as product launch and go-to-market plan.
• Assisting to develop finance product strategy and roadmap and align with bank product roadmap and offering.
• Collaborating with the finance team on the posting rules for different products and different scenarios.
• Managing and updating the chart of accounts of the bank in the relevant systems.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, engineering, operations, and external vendors for finance banking product digital implementation.
• Establishing project management procedures and clear milestones, to ensure the timely delivery of digital banking products, from requirements gathering, ideation, design, solutioning, testing and roll out, to post-launch improvements and iterations.
• Self-driven and comfortable navigating ambiguity and changes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor’s degree required, computer science, engineering, information systems or finance-related disciplines are preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Product Management role, with a track record of getting things done in a dynamic environment.
• Possess solid understanding and knowledge in the banking and finance area.
• Experience in project management and coordinating/driving release schedules.
