Linklaters Asia is seeking an entry-level Paralegal to join its Banking team in Singapore. You will provide global matter support on banking transactions and advisory matters, reporting directly to partners.

The role focuses on drafting, due diligence, verification, bible preparation and deal closings, with IT systems support for data rooms and intranets, contributing to efficient client service.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Legal Studies or a Law degree.
• Banking‑paralegal experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide global matter support on banking transactions and advisory matters.
• Assist with drafting, due diligence, verification, bible preparation and deal closings.
• Administer IT solutions, including virtual data rooms and intranet/extranet sites.
