Taylor Root is assisting a UK law firm in Singapore to hire a paralegal for its Banking team. The role covers financing transactions such as trade finance, private debt, fund finance and real estate finance, with close collaboration to partners and clients.

The successful candidate will support transaction closings, manage CP checklists, and liaise with clients to keep deadlines on track. Training every two weeks helps grow legal skills and take on progressively more significant work.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Law/Legal Executive Studies or an LLB is required.
• Experience in a law firm or bank/in-house with a banking team is preferred.
• Good communication and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
