Operations Specialist – Corporate & Fund Finance

Join a dynamic team where you'll play a key role in driving product implementation, managing complex loan transactions, and ensuring regulatory excellence in a fast-paced international banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead implementation of new market products and initiatives, including policies and procedures development.
2. Manage internal and regulatory reporting (MAS, Head Office, Management).
3. Maintain strong internal controls, update manuals, support audits, and ensure regulatory compliance.
4. Prepare and verify Swift messages; manage the Swift system.
5. Execute wholesale loan transactions (fund finance, structured/corporate finance, SBLC/LC, etc.).
6. Collaborate across departments—Fund Finance, Compliance, Risk, and more.
7. Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.
8. Support ad hoc operational and project-based tasks.

What You Bring:

1. Experience in wholesale loans and treasury operations in international banking.
2. Strong knowledge of fund finance, structured/corporate finance, SBLC/LC.
3. Familiarity with FX, Money Market, Bonds, and Derivatives is a plus.
4. Deep understanding of banking operations and attention to detail.
5. Proficient in Swift systems and banking software.
6. Strong Microsoft Office and IT skills.
