Banking Management Associate / $3.6k starting pay

Salary: $3,600–$5,000 | No experience needed | Full training provided

What You'll Do:

• Undergo structured training and mentorship to build strong foundations in financial planning, wealth management, and client advisory

• Gain hands-on experience by engaging with clients and understanding their financial goals through both virtual and in-person touchpoints

• Learn to design tailored financial strategies using a wide range of investment and protection solutions offered by the bank

• Stay ahead of market trends and financial regulations to provide relevant, up-to-date advice and insights

• Grow into a trusted wealth advisor by developing long-term client relationships built on credibility and understanding

What We’re Looking For:

• Min Diploma from a Local Polytechnic or a degree from a Recognized University

• Genuine interest in financial growth and wealth development

• Good communication skills and people-oriented

Benefits you can expect:

• Hybrid work arrangement. 2 days work in branch, 3 days WIO

• High basic salary of $3,600 per month to start regardless of qualification & experience

• Commissions are uncapped! Average performers take home around $7-8,000 per month!
