The role sits in the APAC Risk & Controls function to ensure that risk framework and governance routines are implemented, with tracking, monitoring, and escalation of technology risk issues. You will drive risk engagement, QA testing, regulatory change responses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risk and promote a strong risk culture across applications and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT with 4–6+ years of experience.
Experience in IT risk audit or control within banking/financial services.
Experience in payments domain and application control testing.
Ability to identify regulatory risk exposures and drive mitigations.
Knowledge of APAC regulations and regulatory risk management.

Responsibilities

Drive risk engagement and management across ERP, RCSA, eRIC, and related processes.
QA testing and Business Continuity for applications and risk reporting.
Manage senior stakeholders communication and reporting.
Develop and socialize risk mitigation strategies and actions.
Foster risk culture Identify, Escalate, Debate risk issues and coordinate with audits.
