JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Originate Fund Finance transactions (Real Estate funds, Private Equity, Private Debt etc.)

Research/keep up-to-date on latest news to identify new business opportunities

Ensure proper monitoring and prepare reports (e.g. Head office reports etc.)

Prepare credit review/applications/rating and ongoing credit monitoring for the transactions

Ensure proper loan documentation and follow up with various departments to complete transactions (e.g. Compliance, Legal, Credit Approval)

Ensure KYC/AML compliance checks are performed

Prepare Head office reports

Any other adhoc duties and related projects

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics/Commerce or any other relevant education

Minimum 4 years of banking experience in Fund Financing or Structured Finance or Corporate Finance

Ability to prepare Credit proposals/applications

Independent, resourceful, highly analytical, diligent, focused and a team player
