Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent professional to coordinate end-to-end transaction processing in a fast-paced environment in Singapore. You will handle onboarding, settlements, payments and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities include reviewing documents for compliance, managing loan and deposit processing, and liaising with clients and internal teams to resolve queries. The role also supports onboarding, reporting, testing, and cross-functional initiatives.

• Coordinate end-to-end transaction processing, including onboarding, settlements, payments and reporting.
• Review and verify supporting documents to ensure compliance with internal requirements.
• Manage loan and deposit processing, including bookings, repayments and payment releases.
• Liaise with clients, internal teams and external parties to resolve transaction and account-related queries.
• Support client onboarding, account setup and service requests.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Assist with system testing, automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Support regulatory, audit and remediation activities.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives as required.
