• Actively engaged with stakeholders to define project objectives, success metrics, and deliverables aligned with both regulatory requirements and strategic business goals.
• Led end-to-end project execution, overseeing timelines, risk mitigation, resource coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to drive delivery.
• Proactively identified roadblocks and dependencies, escalating critical issues and proposing actionable solutions to ensure project momentum.
• Maintained transparent communication through regular reporting and updates tailored to senior management and stakeholder needs, enabling timely, informed decisions.
• Coordinated implementation activities such as system testing, process deployment, and ongoing stakeholder involvement to ensure smooth transitions.
• Led change management initiatives by creating targeted communication plans, training programs, and support materials to promote stakeholder adoption.
• Monitored post-launch results, ensuring continued alignment with stakeholder expectations, business objectives, and regulatory standards.
