A leading company is seeking a Group Compliance Admin for a 12-month renewable contract, overseeing logistics, transcription support, and compliance reporting. This role requires administrative skills and the ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism. Singaporean candidates only.

Job description

Group Compliance Admin(12 months contract renewable)

Mon-Fri: 9am-6.30pm

Job Scope:

General

  • Coordinate logistics such as arranging locations and booking meeting rooms for interviews and meetings.

  • Ensure all customers are contacted a minimum of three times before issuing an appointment letter.

  • Draft and send letters to customers who are uncontactable by phone.

  • Reach out to existing and former sales staff to schedule interviews.

  • Maintain accurate records of contact attempts (including date and time) for audit trail purposes.

  • Prepare and file letters sent to former staff who could not be reached by phone.

  • Follow up with relevant business units for necessary documentation upon receipt of new FAA-related complaints.

  • Send reminder emails to business departments and track responses.

  • Update the complaint register and monitor the end-to-end status of all investigation cases.

  • File FAA-related complaint investigation reports systematically.

Transcription & Documentation Support:

  • Review and verify the content of investigator calls to customers and bankers for clarity and accuracy.

  • Transcribe voice logs of conversations between customers and bankers.

  • Transcribe relevant CCTV footage as required.

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Cross-check and verify the accuracy of investigator reports.

  • Assist in the preparation and printing of documents requested by MAS, Group Audit, or External Auditors, as directed by the Section/Team Head.

Requirements:

  • Min O Levels

  • Possess relevant administrative skillsets, previous banking experience will be a plus

  • Comfortable with a routine role

  • Comfortable in using technology and adapting to new digital tools and systems.

  • Comfortable with making customer calls, including complaint-related matters and handling difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism

  • Singaporeans only
