Job Title: Digital Ambassador

As a Digital Ambassador, you will work on and solve interesting challenges, learn new ways of working, and help build high-quality digital banking products for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  1. Identify high-value leads and potential partners; develop strategies to convert these into profitable relationships.
  2. Drive acquisition, growth, and development of the product suite through building relationships with key partners and channels.
  3. Stay updated on digital banking trends, competition, and policies to plan acquisition initiatives.
  4. Collaborate with product and functional teams to develop innovative services and solutions.
  5. Enhance customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS) through service excellence and process improvements.
  6. Provide excellent customer experiences in a dynamic environment and engage in continuous personal interaction.
  7. Educate less digitally savvy customers on digital banking adoption.
  8. Develop lifelong relationships with customers to foster trust.
  9. Establish and maintain relationships with clients and partners to maximize revenue.
Ideal Candidate:
  1. 1-2 years of experience in Channel Sales.
  2. Result-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
  3. Strong communication skills—approachable, attentive, and empathetic.
  4. Experience in fintechs or technology startups is a plus.
  5. Passionate about technology and eager to share that passion.
  6. Quick learner willing to adapt to all aspects of the business.
  7. Willing to work weekends and public holidays (5-day work week).
