Job summary

A leading facilities management company in Singapore seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee office operations and vendor coordination. You will conduct facility checks, manage supplies, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. A Diploma or Degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 2 years of experience are required. This position is open to Singaporeans only.

Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular checks on office premises, equipment, and facilities

  • Oversee outsourced services (cleaning, security, maintenance)

  • Manage office and pantry supplies, including ordering and restocking

  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and building regulations

  • Support fire drills, emergency procedures, and annual shutdowns

  • Organize and maintain records in both digital and paper formats

  • Handle meeting room bookings and assist with visitor arrangements

  • Coordinate office events and liaise with vendors

  • Maintain and track fixed assets and office equipment servicing

  • Work with vendors on office maintenance and procurement needs

  • Assist with budget tracking for facilities and administration

  • Manage warehouse records, internal circulars, and document dispatch

  • Provide general admin support to departments when needed

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Business Administration, Estate Operations, or related field

  • Min 2 years of relevant experience in administration, facilities, or estate operations is preferred

  • Good knowledge of building systems, maintenance processes, and workplace safety standards (e.g., Fire Safety Act)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving license – required for occasional company vehicle usage
