Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound phone enquiries from members of the public on financial products such as credit cards, loans, and mortgages.

  • Join a specialized team focused on a specific product area to provide tailored customer support.

  • Deliver high-quality, accurate information and assist callers in resolving their queries efficiently.

  • Comprehensive training provided (1 to 1.5 months).

Requirements:

  • Prior call center experience is highly advantageous.
