Job description

Our client is a leading figure in the banking industry. They are looking for meticulous candidates to support both the Front Office and the Anti-Scam Team in safeguarding customers against financial fraud. This role involves proactive monitoring, customer engagement, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the integrity and security of banking transactions.

Duration: 6 months contract

Location: DBS Asia Hub - Changi Business Park

Responsibilities:

1. Assist Front Office with doing a 1st level check on KYC profiles to ensure completeness and accuracy before approval.
2. Review and intercept online banking transaction alerts via surveillance system as part of DBS Anti-Scam Team.
3. Engage with customers regarding intercepted alerts to determine if they are being targeted by scams.
4. Assist and advise customers on the next course of action if they have been scammed.
5. Objective: To prevent customers from falling victim to scams.
