Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of case management experience ideally within insurance bancassurance or banking.
• Knowledge of life insurance industry in Singapore and/or Asia would be a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end case lifecycle from submission to policy issuance.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to the Channel head.
• Maintain professional relationships with internal stakeholders and bankers.
