Job description

The Production Assistant (Operator) is responsible for operating sets and maintaining the production machinery according to instructions and schedules. Ensures that the quality and output of the assigned production machinery meet or exceed all customer requirements and plays a key role in meeting the company's profitability and customer satisfaction goals. Ensures compliance with safety and engineering practices in accordance with instructions and procedures. Maintains good housekeeping of work areas.

Operations:

1. Responsible for the production equipment stationed as needed.
2. Sets up production equipment and inspects to assure it is ready to operate.
3. Understanding and demonstrated ability of key processing parameters at the allocated work station.
4. Maintain cleanliness by cleaning as you go and ensuring workstation cleanliness.
5. Adhere to Team Leader instructions without compromising safety and food safety.
6. Rotating shift: 8am - 8pm, 8pm - 8am.

1. Effective communication—keeping supervisors informed and seeking advice when required.
2. Understanding safety and food safety procedures.
