Understand the characteristics of each dough and be able to perform troubleshooting
Understand portion sizes, roll up without damaging the dough, shape properly according to procedures
Follow and understand the baking procedures and processes
Accurately weigh fillings and understand expiration dates
Understand and adhere to proper cleaning procedures
Perform ad-hoc duties as required by the manager, such as housekeeping
