Job description

We are opening a pastry & gelato takeaway counter in Orchard Road and would require crew to help serve our customers and do simple food preparation.

  • Offer friendly and efficient service to customers
  • Process customer orders via Point-of-Sale (POS) system
  • Pack orders accurately
  • Provide recommendations to customers when needed
  • Ensure all items are prepared and served promptly, simple baking is required (training is provided)
  • Escalate customers' feedback to manager
  • Follow proper hygiene practices in accordance with food & beverage safety and hygiene standards
  • May be deployed to work at other outlets/offsite events from time to time

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Applicants with no experience may apply
  • Willing to learn and have a strong passion for desserts
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • 5 day work week - may be scheduled to work on Saturdays, Sundays and PH
  • A valid food hygiene certificate will be an advantage
