A local bakery company in Singapore seeks a Bakery Manager to oversee staff management, ensure excellent customer service, and manage daily operations.   • 6 day work week - 60 hours

Job Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Hire and train bakery staff (servers, cashiers and barista). Schedule shifts to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours. Provide leadership, motivation, and guidance to the team.
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by interacting with customers, addressing complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain a friendly, clean, and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Keep track of inventory (ingredients, packaging, etc.). Order supplies as needed to prevent shortages. Ensure stock is well-organized and fresh.
  • Daily Operations: Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the bakery. Ensure that baked goods are prepared, displayed, and sold efficiently. Monitor cleanliness and organization in both front and back of house.
  • Cash and Financial Management: Handle cash flow, including registering sales and managing cash transactions. Ensure accurate daily sales tracking and financial record-keeping.
  • Other job-related ad-hoc duties if required.
