About the Opportunity
We are an established artisan bakery production team looking for passionate individuals who take pride in baking and creating high-quality bread and pastry products. Multiple openings are available for both junior and senior-level bakers who wish to build a long-term career in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and produce a range of bread and pastry items according to quality standards

Maintain product consistency and manage ingredients efficiently

Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and safety regulations

Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized

For senior roles: supervise daily production, train and guide team members, ensure smooth operations, and oversee recipe costing and stock control

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience for junior positions, 3–5 years for mid-level, and 8+ years for senior positions

Certificate or Diploma in Pastry & Bakery preferred

Used to production work routines and able to work independently or in a team

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Currently based in Singapore or planning to stay long-term
